I used Swyft Filings to set up my LLC, and while everything did get completed in the end, my experience wasn’t as simple as I expected. Some parts were straightforward, but then I kept running into extra options and fees that made me second-guess what I actually needed. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it felt a little more confusing and less smooth than I’d hoped.

I blinked and it was done. The state filing was so quick it felt almost unreal, no drama, no waiting forever, just finished before I even had time to stress about it.

"Good at first but support was not great after"
Signing up was easy and they got my filing started fast. At first everything felt smooth but once I paid it kind of changed. I had a couple questions about what I was supposed to do next and it took longer than I expected to get an actual answer.
When someone finally got back to me the reply was really basic and did not really solve anything. I had to follow up again and felt like I was chasing them. Not the worst company but the support after you pay definitely needs work.

I used Swyft Filings to get my EIN, it ended up being way more confusing than I expected. I’ve handled a few business setup tasks before, so I wasn’t going in totally clueless, but the status updates were vague and the whole thing took longer than I thought it would. When I reached out to support, the replies felt like generic canned responses instead of real help. Looking back, I probably should’ve just done it myself through the IRS website.

"Made my annual report way easier"
They helped me file my annual report really fast, and I’m still wondering why I made it seem so stressful in my head. Maybe I was overthinking it, but either way, they made the whole thing easy and I didn’t have to worry about it.

"Took a while, but they got it sorted"
I had an issue with my filing and it dragged on longer than I was hoping. It wasn’t one of those super quick fixes where you send one message and everything is done, it took some back and forth, a couple of follow-ups, waiting around, checking my email, explaining the issue again, that kind of thing. But to be fair, support did eventually fix it. It wasn’t perfect, and I wouldn’t call it the smoothest experience ever, but the problem got handled in the end, so overall it was okay.

"Felt Like I Had to Chase My Own Refund"
I cancelled and asked for a refund, but it felt like I was the one stuck doing all the work just to get my money back. It took way longer than it should have, and every time I reached out to support, I got these vague answers that didn’t really tell me anything. I get that refunds can take time, but it felt like I was being brushed off. Frustrating experience overall

The filing did get done in the end, but it was slower than I thought it would be. After I paid, I started feeling a little unsure because the updates weren’t coming in very quickly, so I kept checking back and waiting. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I mainly chose them because I expected things to move fast, and it didn’t really feel that way.

I was ready to place my order, but then a bunch of extra fees suddenly showed up at checkout. It kind of felt like they waited until the last second to mention them, so I ended up leaving without buying

I’ll admit I wasn’t expecting much, but the dashboard was simple enough. I found my filings quickly and didn’t have to deal with any hassle, so I can’t really complain.

"Nonprofit setup was fine, but the wording felt misleading"
I did get my nonprofit filed in the end, so that part was okay. But the whole process took longer than I expected, and support was slow to get back to me. I also felt like some of the wording made it sound simpler or faster than it actually was, which was frustrating.

Swyft Filings did get my paperwork taken care of, so I can’t really complain too much. The weird part is, everything was fine once the documents showed up, but the delivery just took longer than I thought it would. I just wish the timing had been a little clearer upfront. Overall, not a bad experience, just not exactly quick either

"LLC setup was way easier than I expected"
I used Swyft Filings to set up my LLC, it was painless. I had one question about a state form, and the support person explained it in normal language instead of making it feel more confusing than it needed to be.

Everything got filed, I got updates along the way, and the pricing was clear enough for me. I blame whoever runs this for making the whole thing way less stressful than trying to figure it all out on my own

I used Swyft Filings to help with my LLC compliance stuff, it was one of those things I kept putting off because I didn’t totally know what I was supposed to be doing or when, and they made it feel way less overwhelming.
I had a question about annual report deadlines and their support got back to me quickly, which was a relief, and they explained it in plain English instead of making it sound like some huge legal maze. I just needed someone to tell me what mattered and what to do next, basically.
I’d missed a notice before, so I was already a little nervous about messing something up again, but they helped me get back on track and gave me a clearer idea of what was coming up. Overall, solid experience and I’d use them again for this kind of thing...

"Billing was a headache"
I ended up getting charged for things I didn’t realize I’d be billed for, and the whole process was frustrating. The billing wasn’t clear at all, and when I reached out to support, they didn’t really help much. after the hassle and the unexpected charges, I’d expect some kind of refund or compensation for the trouble. I wouldn’t use them again after this experience...

"Decent communication, but room to improve"
I’ll say this: Swyft Filings did respond to me, and I appreciated that I wasn’t just left hanging. A couple of the replies were actually helpful and pointed me in the right direction.

That said, the communication wasn’t always as clear or as quick as I would’ve liked. There were a few times where the answer felt kind of generic, and I had to ask the same thing more than once before I really understood what was going on.
In the end, they did get back to me and helped me move forward, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I just think a little more detail upfront and faster follow-ups would make the whole process feel a lot smoother.

I was able to get through the filing in the end, but a few of the legal terms had me stopping and rereading more than once. Support did help, which I appreciated, but the steps could’ve been a lot easier if they explained things in plain English along the way. It worked, just not as smoothly as I expected

From what I remember, most of the order details were correct, but the filing name had a typo in it. Not a huge issue, but it did stand out.
